Customers can return any item (excluding baked goods) for a full refund within 30 business days of their initial purchase.  The item must be unused, unworn, and in new condition for a refund to be processed. Please, please, please keep your receipt as we'll need it to refund your card.


Mezona Market does not issue exchanges of any kind.  We recommend returning the original item for a full refund if it qualifies (see Refund Policy) and make a new purchase for the desired item(s).  


How many days do I have to return an item?

Can I exchange my apparel item for a different size?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.  However, we are happy to offer a full refund and help you purchase the correct size in-store.

I saw one of the brands you carry offer a promotion online.  Will you honor the same promotion in-store?

A: We don’t honor online promotions from other brands unless they are specifically collaborating with Mezona Market for the sale.  

Why do I have to have my receipt for a refund?

A: Our system requires a receipt because of the way it tracks inventory and it also validates that the item was purchased at Mezona Market.
