Customers can return any item (excluding baked goods) for a full refund within 7 business days of their initial purchase.  The item must be unused, unworn, and in new condition for a refund to be processed. All refunds require a receipt. No receipt, no return, no exceptions.  


Mezona Market does not issue exchanges of any kind.  We recommend returning the original item for a full refund if it qualifies (see Refund Policy) and make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

Can I exchange my apparel item for a different size?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.  However, we are happy to offer a full refund and help you purchase the correct size in store.

I saw one of the brands you carry offer a promotion online.  Will you honor the same promotion in-store?

A: We don’t honor online promotions from other brands unless they are specifically collaborating with Mezona Market for the sale.  

Why do I have to have my receipt for a refund?

A: Our system requires a receipt because of the way it tracks inventory and it also validates that the item was purchased in store.
